We have developed a completely web based sales force monitoring and analysis system for pharmaceutical companies. The system features can be broken down into three functional entities as described below.

1. An administrator can manage the system by adding, deleting or modifying various system resources like product categories, products, regions, towns, localities, customer types, customers, MRs (Medical Representatives), RMs (Regional Managers) and more.

2. A Medical Representative can use this system to create Routes and Tour plans with just a couple of clicks. He can also enter his customer visit reports and view basic analysis of the same. Expense reporting can also be done through this system.

3. A Regional Manager can monitor all the MR activity through this system. He can see all the routes, tour plans and customer visit reports of any MR working within his region. The system also provides a comprehensive analysis model where he can view the performance of any MR for any given date range. Reports can be generated with various criteria over different time frames. This can help the Management gage product performance, sales force effectiveness, customer feedback etc.
